1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from Vetalir.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through our website.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may only use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
• Discontinue or modify a product.
• Update product descriptions, specifications, or images.
• Refuse orders placed for unauthorized resale or fraudulent purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, sizes, materials, measurements, and appearance accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, device settings, and differences between screens.

4. Product Materials and Information

Product materials, finishes, stones, measurements, and care information are described on the relevant product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before completing a purchase.

References to cubic zirconia, simulated stones, lab-created stones, plated metals, stainless steel, sterling silver, or other materials should be understood according to the description provided on the individual product page.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or questions about a product’s materials, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Payment Processing

Payments made through our website are securely processed by Stripe. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge, including the product price, taxes, and any other amount displayed at checkout.

We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our own servers. Payment information is processed through Stripe’s secured payment system.

An order may be delayed, refused, or canceled when payment cannot be authorized or when additional verification is required.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that we received your order. This email does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may refuse or cancel an order when:

• Payment cannot be authorized or verified.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is detected.
• A product is unavailable.
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported.
• An obvious pricing, inventory, or technical error occurred.
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the amount charged for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vetalir.com .

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after the two-hour period because it may already have entered processing or shipping. After shipment, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, high order volumes, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised time, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

10. Shipping Addresses and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address when contacted before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be shipped again.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, the customer should check the delivery area, contact household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier before requesting additional assistance from Vetalir.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

Unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly at contact@vetalir.com .

We may request photographs, packaging information, the order number, and other reasonable details needed to review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes must be applied during checkout.
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed.
• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• Certain products may be excluded.
• Promotions may be modified or ended where permitted by law.

We may cancel orders involving unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of promotions or discount codes.
