6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. 

• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective. 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
